Print Exchange 2023: Janelle Crawford-Hine

My work focuses on themes of motherhood, family, and body positivity. I want to represent and empower people as they are in their bodies and lives not as an unreachable idealization. I use the medium of linoleum cut to create affordable original artwork by carving each block and printing each piece by hand. I often use handmade papers to create beautiful prints in a variety of colors for a wide range of budgets.
