Your printmaking enabler!
G’day, I’m Sally, an Australian printmaker, artist and country girl shaped by red earth, gum trees and endless skies. My creative journey has always been deeply connected to the Australian landscape, which is what makes my soul happy, and it continues to inspire the marks, textures and stories woven through my work.
For me, printmaking is a beautiful way of slowing down and truly noticing the world around us. Through layers, lines and textures, I capture the feeling of a place, not just what it looks like, but the stories, memories and emotions held within it.
These studio sessions are my way of opening the doors of my real studio and inviting you in, wherever you are in the world. Here you’ll find step-by-step guidance, creative exploration and plenty of opportunities to experiment, play and build confidence with printmaking. Plus a few giggles – bloopers are included.
My hope is that this virtual space feels like a welcoming corner of my studio, a place where you can learn new skills, get your hands inky, embrace happy accidents and discover your own creative voice.
