Print Exchange 2023: Corinne Mangan

I am a novice printmaker based in the Surrey Hills, taking my inspiration from the nature on my doorstep, specifically the wealth of trees which make this county the leafiest part of the UK. After practicing linocut for some years I am now hungry to learn other printmaking techniques and am dipping my toe into etched lino and drypoint, with mokulito, wood engraving and aluminium plate etching following fast on their heels. I’m very excited to see where this year takes me, how expanding my print knowledge will encourage me as an artist and give me the confidence to share my work and through it the joy of living in this beautiful part of the world.
