Biography
Cheryl Maslen is a lino printmaker based in the UK, whilst studying Fine Art at Falmouth University in Cornwall, Cheryl specialised in printmaking and fell in love with the practice.
After graduating, Cheryl travelled, worked and lived in Australia, Asia and New Zealand for five years, filling her eyes and mind with landscape and flora inspiration. Cheryl works as an upholsterer by day but runs a small print shop on the side with dreams to make it a full-time occupation!
Inspired by all things nature Cheryl loves to create colourful, detailed illustrative prints of both imagined and existing landscapes, encouraging the viewer to escape into the image and meditate on its story.
