Print Exchange 2026: Joanna Mclean

Joanna McLean is an emerging artist who loves exploring all forms of mixed media, driven by a genuine passion for creativity in all its forms. Her work is known for its bright, vibrant colours and expressive style, often featuring people and animals brought to life with emotion and energy. Recently, Joanna has been diving into printmaking, exploring both linocut and intaglio processes. This new direction has introduced a raw, tactile quality to her work, and she has embraced the creative freedom it offers. She is especially grateful to a friend for the opportunity to use her Enjay print press, which has opened up exciting new avenues for experimentation and growth.
