Print Exchange 2025: Sandy Robinson

Australian artist based on King Island in Tasmania. Sandy Robinson is a printmaker and crafter of Bull Kelp. She finds living in such an isolated and captivating location, inspires the mind and soul. A place with abundant wildlife, history filled with tragedy and triumphs, rocky shores that deliver inspiration and materials to recreate the images and notions that fill her mind. Her creations show the quirky, organised chaos of her creativity which seem drawn to the freedom of island life and the waters that surround it, a theme that recurs and makes connection within most of the artwork produced.
