Print Exchange 2025: Nicole Spillane

I’m inspired by the unique characteristics of our Indigenous animals and plants. I hope my art motivates others to appreciate and preserve our natural world. The intricate detail of insects fascinate me; they come in all sizes, shapes and amazing colours which spark my imagination. The cute and charismatic blue-banded bee won the 2024 Australian Insect of the year so I thought this awesome little bee should feature in my print.
