Print Exchange 2024: Sara Delaney

As a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and insatiable traveler, I am inspired by the energy, patterns, and colors of small slices of life encountered while exploring – discarded parade trinkets, unfamiliar and sweeping landscapes, a jumble of neighborhood mailboxes, and quietly watching a local heron hunting for breakfast. My recent work focuses on visual rhythms, contrast, varied mark-making, and atmospheric impressions to convey the energy of discovering these novel characters and locations outside of typical routines.
