Rich. Textural. Layer-ready. Designed to be torn, layered and loved.
So… what am I actually buying?
You’re purchasing a digital paper pack. That means no postie, no parcel, no cardboard box.
You’ll receive a PDF with a link to download your gorgeous files. Then they’re yours to print, tear, layer and love.
Can I use these in things I sell?
Yes you can.
You’re licensed to use these designs in both personal and commercial projects — as long as you’re creating something new with them.
Think:
- Beautiful journals.
- Layered artworks.
- Masterboards.
- Handmade cards.
- Delicious mixed media pieces.
What we’re going for is transformation. Your creativity plus my ingredients.
What counts as “transformed”?
If you’ve layered, cropped, resized, collaged, stitched, overprinted, painted, rearranged or otherwise made it unmistakably yours — you’re on the right track.
If someone could peel your design apart and recover my original file intact… we have a problem.
It should feel like a cake. Not a bag of flour with a new label.
Can I sell digital products with these?
Nope. That’s where we draw a very clear line.
You can’t:
• Resell the files
• Put them in a digital bundle
• Upload them to marketplaces
• Make clipart packs
• Sell printable downloads using them as-is
Digital redistribution in any form is a firm no.
Can I share the files with my friend/assistant/art bestie?
I love generosity. But not this kind.
Each person needs their own purchase. The license is non-transferable, which is legal language for “please don’t forward the files around.”
Can I use these on print-on-demand products?
Yes — provided the artwork is part of a larger design and cannot be extracted.
Physical products are absolutely fine.
Competing digital paper packs? Not fine.
Do I own the artwork once I buy it?
You own the license to use it.
The copyright stays with Sally Caston of Caston Design.
So you can create with it, but you can’t claim you made the original artwork.
Do I need to credit you?
Not required. Always appreciated. Never mandatory.
Why are refunds not available?
Because this is a digital product. Once downloaded, it can’t be returned like a pair of shoes.
All sales are final.
If something technical goes wrong, though, I won’t disappear into the internet mist — just reach out.
Why do my printed colours look slightly different?
Screens and printers all interpret colour in their own slightly dramatic way.
Small variations are normal and not considered faults.
What if I lose my files?
Please download and store them somewhere sensible. External drives. Cloud storage. Somewhere tea-proof.
I can’t take responsibility for rogue laptops, dramatic hard drives, or technological rebellion.
Is my receipt important?
Yes. Keep it.
Your receipt is your proof of license.
TERMS OF USE
Welcome, creative human. By purchasing and downloading this product, you’re entering into a proper legal agreement but we promise to keep it civilised.
1. What you can do
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these designs in both personal and commercial projects.
You may:
Incorporate them into your own original creations.
Combine, layer, arrange, remix, and transform them into something uniquely yours.
Sell physical or finished products that use the designs, provided they are part of a larger composition.
The key principle: the final product must not allow someone to extract or isolate the original files.
Think “beautiful cake using my ingredients,” not “reselling the flour.”
2. What you absolutely cannot do
Let’s keep this simple and drama-free.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute the files as they are.
Share them with friends, colleagues, cousins, or mysterious internet strangers.
Upload them to digital marketplaces in any form.
Create clipart packs, digital resource kits, or design bundles using these graphics.
Claim the artwork (or any part of it) as your own.
If someone can download your product and end up with my artwork in its original form… that’s a really big fat no.
3. Delivery details
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a PDF containing a link to download your image files.
Please download and store them somewhere sensible. I cannot be responsible for vanishing hard drives, tea spills, or acts of technological rebellion.
4. Colour reality check
Screens and printers are like people; they all interpret things slightly differently.
Due to monitor and printer calibration variations, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Slight differences are normal and not considered defects.
5. Digital product policy
This is a digital product. No physical item will arrive in your mailbox (no matter how long you wait for it).
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered.
However, if something technical goes awry, please get in touch. I’m here to help and not hide.
6. Intellectual property
All copyrights remain the sole property of Sally Caston, trading as Caston Design.
Purchasing this product grants you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership.
Your purchase receipt serves as your license documentation.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
Thank you for respecting the creative work, the hours behind it, and the slightly obsessive attention to detail that made it possible.
