Print Exchange 2026: Charani Ranasinghe

Charani is a printmaker based in Canberra, with a passion for unveiling the hidden beauties of nature. Her work is characterised by a playful approach, often blending different printmaking techniques such as intaglio, linocut, collagraph, gellii plate, and monoprinting to create depth and texture in her art. Her innovative use of small collagraph plates, assembled together as a jigsaw puzzle to form larger artworks, has become a signature element of her creative process.
